The general design proof turnaround time is 7 Business Days for Text Based Logos, Flyers, & Marketing Materials. 10 Business Days for Image/Cartoon Based Logos, Apparel Design, Brand Packages and 4 Weeks for Websites & Larger Projects depending on workload at time of order. Once the initial design proofs are sent over, if any revisions are requested, those revised designs get sent over within 72 hours. ​For print orders, once the designs are finalized, the files get sent to the printing company that BYPEW Design contracts with, and the production time is generally 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email.

No, not the actual artwork design files unless agreed upon. However, all approved web images and high-resolution images purchased are 100% yours once the project is fully complete and paid for. ˙ You have full ownership of your design, or any other design service provided. Logo files are sent over in .pdf, .png, eps. and .jpg, formats. BYPEW Design retains the layered. Psd Photoshop File and .Ai Illustrator File. If needed, the .psd file to your project can be purchased - inquire via email.

BYPEW Design operates Monday - Friday from 10AM-6PM CST. We are closed on weekends as well as ALL major holidays. No communication will be done outside of those business hours.

The non-refundable fee for Work is [DEPENDING ON ITEM]. For projects under $1000, payment must be made in full before any design work begins. Projects over $1000 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit beforehand. Balance is due upon completion. I accept payments via debit or credit card.

I book projects on a first come first serve basis. If there are currently no open spots left at the time of your inquiry OR we are fully-booked, you will be notified or the item shop quantity will reflect what is available.

If it ever comes to canceling your project, unfortunately, there is a No Refund Policy in place for projects already started. If you want to cancel, and your project has not been started on yet, there will be a full refund provided.

I prefer to communicate via email and text message only (for paper trail purposes.) I do not accept phone consultations. Please allow 24-72 business hours for a reply to your inquiry.

Client receives a two-revision limit on all work. If Client is not satisfied after the two revisions, BYPEW Design will charge $35 per additional revision Client requests. Revisions include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, layout.

For Image and Text-Based Logos, BYPEW Design offers 4 different logo concepts. For Cartoon-Based Logos, BYPEW Design offers 1 initial concept with 3 revisions included.
