  • DISCLAIMER:

    BYPEW Design is a business that produces high-quality designs for print, web, marketing and promotions. In order for BYPEW Design to provide goods and services, the client will have to read and agree to the Terms of Agreement. If the client declines the Terms of Agreement, he or she will not receive any type of work from BYPEW Design. Once the design(s) is/are complete, payment is required upfront before any design work begins. 

    1. Work.

    Client retains BYPEW Design to deliver requested design and print services. Work includes only the final, deliverable art, and not any preliminary work or sketches. Client receives a two-revision limit on all work. If Client is not satisfied after the two revisions, BYPEW Design will charge $35 per additional revision Client requests. Revisions include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, layout.

    2. Price and Delivery.

    The non-refundable fee for Work is [DEPENDING ON ITEM]. For projects under $1000, payment must be made in full before any design work begins. Projects over $1000 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit beforehand. Balance is due upon completion.

    Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by BYPEW Design unless specified otherwise. Individual design work is to be delivered no later than 7 BUSINESS DAYS for Logos, Flyers, Marketing Materials. 10 BUSINESS DAYS for Brand Packages and 3 weeks for Websites & Larger Projects, but BYPEW Design agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this Agreement. No finalized artwork files will be delivered until balance is paid in full.​ If work is purchased, and Client does not complete within 30 days, there is a $200 restart fee. If over 90 days, project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued.

    Logo files are sent over in .pdf, .png, eps. and .jpg, formats. Print files are sent over in .pdf, .jpg and .png format. Photoshop PSD & Illustrator Ai files are available for an additional fee.

    3. Grant of Rights.

    BYPEW Design may use design work in portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays BYPEW Design works). Client and BYPEW Design agree that when asked, Client must properly identify BYPEW Design as the creator of Work. Client does not have a proactive duty to display BYPEW Design name together with Work, but Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than BYPEW Design. Draft files of artwork are property of BYPEW Design and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto social media. That is classified as breach of contract and will cause BYPEW Design to forfeit project without refund.

    4. Cancellation, and Expiration.

    The fee for Work is non-refundable. If Client nonetheless does not want or refuses to receive work, BYPEW Design may decide whether or not to complete work and will exclusively retain all right to work. There is a No Refund Policy in place for projects already started. If you would like to cancel, and your project has not been started on yet, there will be a full refund provided. Furthermore, services booked on a sale price/discounted rate, cannot be refunded.
